Welcome to North Mecklenburg Lacrosse BoostersNorth Mecklenburg Lacrosse Boosters supports CHYLL and other area players in grades 8 and below in the North Mecklenburg County area. Based approximately 10 miles north of Charlotte, North Carolina, NML Boosters serves to ensure that every athlete who wants to play has the opportunity to enjoy the game of lacrosse.
Recent News Lake Norman Lacrosse Championships - May 6, 2009May 6, 2009 - The Lake Norman Lacrosse Championship Tournament is this Saturday, May 9th, at Bailey Road Park. Come on out and enjoy a fun day of Lacrosse, enter the raffles, and cheer our U13 and U15 Boys on! There will be shooting clinics and contests at 11:00 and 1:00PM sponsored by Xcelerate Lacrosse. You can find directions and game schedules at www.lakenormanlacrosse.com All practices will be held at Smithville Park in Cornelius
Practices will start the week of February 16th. The week before coaches are encouraged to hold practices with only the beginner players or those that feel they need a refresher on the basic skills. Coaches will contact you.
All teams will hold practice the last two weekends in February in order to get ready for games to start.
U15 Boys Monday and Wednesday 7- 8:50pm Saturday 10:30-12:30 (2/21 & 2/28)
U13 Boys Tuesday and Fridays 7-8:30pm Sunday 3:30-5 (2/22 & 3/1)
U11 Boys Monday 5:30- 6:45 Saturday 9-10:15 (2/21 & 2/28)
U9 Boys Thursday 5:30- 6:45 Sunday 1- 2:15 (2/22 & 3/1)
Youth Girls Wednesday 5:30- 6:45 Sunday 2:15- 3:15 (2/22 & 3/1)
MS Girls Thursday 7-8:30 Saturday 1- 2:15 (2/21 & 2/28)
K-1 Practices will start the first week of March. Practice day to be deturmined.
Game schedule has not been set yet. Will let you know when it is ready. Crush MS Team at Snowflake Tourney - Dec 15, 2008 A local middle school boy’s lacrosse challenge team Carolina Crush came in 3rd place at the Duke University Snowflake Challenge Lacrosse Tournament on December 6th. The Carolina Crush team finished 3-1.
